After three nice and quiet days with good Asian food in Bangkok I'm
back in Dresden. It is good to catch up with my family. After my first night
in the new house of my parents I woke up into a snowy day. After more
than a year, the day I left, I'm back in snow although the vegetation
already started having some spring feelings. The first leaves and
flowers are showing up...

Long time, no blog. This past week, Gerd's brother Frank and his sister-in-law Titin came and stayed with us, as well as Gerd's friend Daniel. Also, Theresa returned, so this makes a grand total of five Germans in the house! We went to Noodles last night, and Mexican on Monday. On the weekend, I took the tribe (above, plus Neal and Marie) down to Warrnambool to stay with at my parents' house and see the sights, including Port Fairy. We had a nice time, though the weather didn't permit any swimming.
Tonight we're having a farewell party for Gerd and Theresa, who are heading back to Germany tomorrow. It will consist of a BBQ and drinks, and should be fun.
